Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Pressure Pros Power Washing ("we," "us," "our") at pressurepros570.com (the "Site") and the exterior cleaning services we provide. By using the Site, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

We provide professional exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and commercial property cleaning. Service availability is limited to our published service area in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Pricing is provided by free estimate before any work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job for safety, scope, or scheduling reasons.

2. Customer Accounts

You may create a free customer account to view your service history, track store credit, and manage referrals. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for activity under your account.

You may close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.

3. Store Credit

Customers earn store credit on completed services at the loyalty rate set by Pressure Pros Power Washing (currently 5% of the service amount). Store credit:

• Has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or applied to amounts owed to other businesses.
• Applies to future services performed by us; mention your balance when booking and we will subtract it from the invoice.
• Is forfeited if the account is closed.
• May be adjusted by us to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or settle disputes. We will note the reason on any adjustment.

The loyalty rate may change for future services; existing balances are not affected by rate changes.

4. Referral Program

Customers receive a unique referral code. When a person signs up using your code and we complete a paid service for them, you earn a referral bonus equal to a percentage of that first service amount, currently 10%, paid as store credit. Conditions:

• The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously used Pressure Pros Power Washing.
• The bonus is paid only after the referred customer's first paid service is completed and invoiced.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, and referrals from accounts that share addresses or contact information may be denied at our discretion.
• The bonus is paid as store credit and is subject to the store credit terms above.

We may modify or end the referral program at any time. Bonuses already credited will remain credited.

5. Mobile Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages, the following terms apply:

• Message types: transactional messages including one-time login verification codes, scheduled appointment reminders, service completion confirmations, and referral bonus notifications.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your account activity. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional texts.
• Carrier rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for those charges.
• Carriers: supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time, or toggle SMS notifications off in your account profile. After opting out, you will not receive further messages except a single confirmation that your opt-out was processed.

6. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are based on the property condition, scope, and access described or observed at the time of the estimate. Material changes in scope or condition discovered on-site may require a revised estimate. Payment is due in full on completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

7. Cancellations and Reschedules

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reschedule for weather, equipment issues, or unsafe site conditions and will work with you to find a new time at no additional charge.

8. Service Quality and Re-Cleans

If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the area at no additional cost. This commitment covers the cleaning result. It does not cover pre-existing damage, surface staining or oxidation that cannot be cleaned, or new contamination after the service date.

9. Limitations on Liability

We carry general liability insurance and treat your property with care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not professional advice for any specific property. All services performed are subject to the written estimate and these Terms.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass authentication, scraping or harvesting data, attacking the Site or our infrastructure, impersonating others, or submitting false referral signups to manipulate the referral program.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Pressure Pros Power Washing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is the state or federal courts located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email to active accountholders. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
