Most "Guarantees" Aren't Worth the Paper
The handful of pressure washing companies in the Wyoming Valley that publish a guarantee at all almost universally limit it to one surface — usually the roof — and only cover re-service, not the property around it. If a hose snags a downspout, an algaecide spots a hosta, or a sealed deck gets stripped, you are on your own.
That is not what a homeowner needs from a guarantee. A guarantee should mean: if anything goes wrong because we were here, we own it. So that is what ours says.

Every estimate we send includes the full text of our No Damage Guarantee. The scope is the entire property — your siding, roof, gutters, windows, doors, painted surfaces, masonry, fencing, decks, walkways, outdoor furniture, and your landscaping. If our crew damages any of it during the job, we are responsible for restoring it.
You will not find a dollar cap, a claim form, or a thirty-day expiry. The only thing we ask is that you tell us promptly so we can document the issue and fix it correctly before it gets worse.
How We Protect Your Property Before We Spray a Drop
The guarantee is the safety net. The real protection is the process — the things we do on every job to make sure that net never has to catch anything.
Walkthrough & documentation
Before unpacking a single hose, we walk the property with you, note any pre-existing damage, and photograph anything that needs care. Nothing surprises either of us later.
Plant pre-rinse & tarp protection
Every garden bed, hedge, and ornamental plant within the work zone gets a heavy fresh-water rinse before we start, then again after. Anything especially sensitive gets a tarp.
Soft wash for anything delicate
Roofs, painted surfaces, cedar shake, EIFS, and aging vinyl get our low-pressure soft wash — no stronger than a garden hose. The chemistry does the work, not the pressure.
Biodegradable detergents only
Our cleaning solutions break down to inert components. They kill algae and mildew at the root without poisoning your soil, your pets, or the storm drain at the end of your driveway.
Post-job walkthrough & sign-off
When the job is finished, we walk the property with you again. Anything we moved gets put back. You sign off only when you are satisfied — that is when the job is done.

Vinyl, wood, cedar shake, stucco, brick, stone, fiber cement, aluminum — every panel and every elevation.
Asphalt shingles, metal, slate, cedar — cleaned with manufacturer-approved soft wash. No granule loss, no warranty voided.
Painted trim, window glass and seals, exterior doors, light fixtures, gutters, downspouts, and decorative hardware.
Wood, composite, and stone decks, sealed and unsealed surfaces, fencing, retaining walls, walkways, and patios.
Lawn, garden beds, hedges, ornamentals, mature trees, mulched areas, and any container plants in the work zone.
Patio furniture, grills, outdoor kitchens, AC condenser units, pool equipment, and exterior signage. We move it, protect it, and put it back.
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers within or adjacent to the work zone. We mask, tarp, or ask you to relocate before we start.
Anything we noted at the walkthrough is on the record. If something fails during the job that we already flagged, we still help you find the right contractor — we just are not on the hook for what was already broken.
If Something Does Go Wrong
The honest part: in any work involving water, chemistry, and 30-foot ladders, things can occasionally go sideways. Here is exactly how we handle it.
1. You tell us
Phone, text, or email — whichever is fastest. The owner answers directly. There is no claim portal, no ticket number, no escalation tree.
2. We come back fast
We try to be on-site within two business days to inspect. If the issue is time-sensitive (a damaged plant, an unsealed surface in the rain), we come the same day.
3. We make it right
If we can fix it, we fix it — on us. If a third party is needed (an arborist, a window company, a roofer), we coordinate and pay them directly. You do not chase invoices and you do not pay a deductible.
For events that exceed direct remediation — the catastrophic kind — our $2M general liability policy is the appropriate backstop, and we coordinate the claim on your behalf.
About the Guarantee
Every surface and item on your property — siding, roof shingles, gutters, windows, doors, painted trim, masonry, fencing, decks, walkways, and your landscaping. If our work damages any of it, we are responsible for restoring it. Most pressure washing guarantees exclude landscaping or limit coverage to one specific surface like the roof. Ours does not.
Yes. The full guarantee is printed on every estimate before you authorize any work. There is no separate document to read or fine print to surprise you later. The estimate you sign is the same one we work to.
You contact us — phone, text, or email — and we come back. If the issue can be re-cleaned or repaired in-house, we do it at no charge. If a licensed third party (an arborist, a window company, a roofer) needs to remediate, we cover that cost directly. There is no claim form, no deductible, and no pushback. The only condition is that you tell us within a reasonable window so we can document and fix it before things worsen.
A dollar cap is the wrong shape for this work. Most damage scenarios in soft washing and pressure washing are inexpensive to remediate — a damaged plant, a re-stained section of trim, a panel that needs touch-up paint. Capping the guarantee would only matter for a catastrophic event, and at that point what you actually need is our liability insurance to step in. Putting a number on the guarantee would imply your protection ends there. It does not. Our $2M general liability policy backs anything beyond what we can directly resolve.
Most local competitors do not offer a written guarantee at all. The strongest one we have seen covers the roof only, and only re-service for a fixed term — landscaping, siding, and everything else are excluded.
