Pressure Pros Power Washing started with a simple observation: too many homeowners across Luzerne County were being overcharged for exterior cleaning, or worse, getting damaged siding and stripped landscaping from operators who didn’t know the difference between soft washing and pressure washing. We knew there had to be a better way.
We’re based in Mountain Top, which sits on the ridge between the Wyoming Valley to the north and the Hazleton plateau to the south. That central position lets us reach a homeowner in Wilkes-Barre in fifteen minutes via Route 309, a lakefront cottage at Harveys Lake in twenty-five, and a roof on the Conyngham side in under twenty. Low-pressure soft washing for vinyl, wood, cedar shake, stucco, brick, fiber cement, and aluminum siding. Removes algae, black mold, mildew, pollen, and cobwebs at the root with biodegradable detergents — not just the surface rinse you get from a pressure washer alone.
Roof Cleaning
No-pressure roof wash that kills Gloeocapsa magma — the black streaks on NEPA asphalt shingles. ARMA-compliant technique, safe for architectural shingles, slate, and metal. Adds years to a roof for a fraction of replacement cost.
Concrete & Driveway Cleaning

Pure-water (deionized) cleaning with soft natural-bristle brushes. The method recommended by every major panel manufacturer — no detergents that compromise anti-reflective coatings, no walking on panels, no warranty risk. Typical soiling losses run 3–7% in NEPA conditions, more in heavy buildup.
