We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the Site:

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use your mobile number to send transactional messages such as one-time login verification codes, scheduled appointment reminders, service completion confirmations, and referral bonus notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio receives the phone number and message content solely to deliver the message on our behalf and is contractually bound by Twilio's own privacy and data-handling commitments.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our website host, email delivery provider, SMS delivery provider, payment processor, and accounting software). These providers are bound to use the information only to perform services for us.
• Analytics and advertising platforms. Through the cookies and pixels described in Section 1, Google (Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta/Facebook Pixel) receive limited browsing and interaction information from your visit to the Site. • Access and correction: view and update your contact information from your account profile at any time.
• Email preferences: transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, account notifications) are part of operating your account and cannot be disabled while the account is active.
• SMS preferences: opt out by replying STOP or by toggling SMS notifications off in your profile.
• Analytics and advertising opt-out: you can disable Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can adjust personalized advertising on Google through your Google Ad Settings and on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through your Meta Ad Preferences. Most browsers also support blocking third-party cookies and offer "Do Not Track" signals. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia). We honor verifiable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information consistent with those laws.

8. Children

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Third-Party Links
