Pressure Pros Power Washing ("we," "us," "our") operates pressurepros570.com (the "Site") and provides exterior cleaning services in Mountain Top, PA and surrounding communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Account information: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and service address. You provide this when you create a customer account.
- Authentication data: a hashed (one-way encrypted) password and session tokens. We never store your password in plain text.
- Service history: jobs we have completed for you, amounts billed, store credit earned and redeemed, and notes captured by our team for service quality.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, phone, or SMS.
- Referrals: if you share your referral code, we record the connection between your account and the referred customer's account so the bonus can be paid correctly.
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the Site:
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
- Session cookies that keep you signed in to your customer account.
- Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels: we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools place cookies and small tracking pixels in your browser and report back to Google and Meta. The information they collect includes your IP address (which they may approximate to a city or region), device and browser type, the pages you view on the Site, the actions you take (clicks, form submissions, scroll depth), and an anonymous identifier so the same browser can be recognized on return visits. We use this information to measure how the Site performs, understand what marketing channels are working, and reach interested visitors with relevant advertisements on Google and Meta platforms.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on the cleaning services you request.
- To create and operate your customer account, including login, password reset, and email verification.
- To track store credit, process referral bonuses, and prevent fraud or abuse of those programs.
- To send transactional communications: service confirmations, receipts, appointment reminders, account notifications, and security alerts.
- To respond to your questions, requests, and feedback.
- To comply with applicable laws and protect our rights.
3. Mobile Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use your mobile number to send transactional messages such as one-time login verification codes, scheduled appointment reminders, service completion confirmations, and referral bonus notifications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by toggling SMS notifications off in your account profile. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 570-991-9999.
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio receives the phone number and message content solely to deliver the message on our behalf and is contractually bound by Twilio's own privacy and data-handling commitments.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our website host, email delivery provider, SMS delivery provider, payment processor, and accounting software). These providers are bound to use the information only to perform services for us.
- Analytics and advertising platforms. Through the cookies and pixels described in Section 1, Google (Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta/Facebook Pixel) receive limited browsing and interaction information from your visit to the Site. Google and Meta use this information to provide measurement reports to us and, subject to your settings on those platforms, to show you advertisements for Pressure Pros Power Washing on Google services and Meta services. Their handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policies, which are linked in Section 7 below.
- Legal compliance when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pressure Pros Power Washing, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, in which case the successor will be bound by this Policy or provide notice of any changes.
We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your account record and the associated jobs, ledger entries, sessions, and pending verification tokens. Limited business records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
6. Data Security
We protect your information with the practices appropriate for a small business handling customer accounts: encrypted (HTTPS) transport, hashed passwords, server-side session storage, prepared SQL statements, restricted administrative access, and regular software updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction: view and update your contact information from your account profile at any time.
- Email preferences: transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, account notifications) are part of operating your account and cannot be disabled while the account is active.
- SMS preferences: opt out by replying STOP or by toggling SMS notifications off in your profile.
- Analytics and advertising opt-out: you can disable Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can adjust personalized advertising on Google through your Google Ad Settings and on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through your Meta Ad Preferences. Most browsers also support blocking third-party cookies and offer "Do Not Track" signals. - Account closure: close your account from your profile page. Closing the account deletes your customer record and forfeits any unused store credit.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia). We honor verifiable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information consistent with those laws.
8. Children
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our Google Business Profile or Facebook page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email to active accountholders. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
